Terms of use
Updated 8 October 2026
These terms apply when you play Lexibloom. They sit alongside Apple’s licence for apps from the App Store.
Your licence
Lexibloom is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and these terms.
Coins, boosters and other items
- The coins, lives, boosters and other items in the game, whether earned or bought, are a licence to use them in Lexibloom. They have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money, sold or transferred to anyone else.
- Purchases are made through the App Store and processed by Apple. Refunds follow Apple’s policy; you can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If a purchase doesn’t arrive, close the game and open it again. If it’s still missing, tell us and we’ll put it right.
- Choosing Reset all progress in Settings removes everything you have in the game, bought items included.
The Garden Pass
The Garden Pass is an auto-renewing subscription bought through the App Store. While it is active you get the gold reward on every tier of the season’s track, one Day Streak repair each 28-day season, and lives that refill twice as fast.
It costs the price shown in the game for each month and renews automatically at the end of each month unless you turn auto-renew off at least 24 hours before the month ends. Payment is taken by Apple when you confirm the purchase, and again at each renewal. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings (on your iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions). If you cancel, it stays active until the end of the month you’ve paid for. Rewards you’ve already collected are yours to keep.
Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple under their terms.
Your progress
We keep a copy of your save on our server so you can get it back (see the privacy policy). We take care of it, but we can’t promise it will never be lost.
Playing fair
Please don’t cheat, modify the game, or try to interfere with our server or other people’s data.
The language
We work hard to get each course right, but the game may contain mistakes. It’s a way to learn and practise, not a qualification.
Changes
We may update the game, change or remove features and items, or stop offering it. If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
Liability
The game is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
